Course Registration

For new students:
If you have not met the language proficiency requirement, you have to take an ESL placement test. You can make a test appointment at the Registrar's Office.

If you have met the language proficiency requirement, or if you have completed your ESL placement test, please make an appointment at the Registrar's Office, and consult with a student counselor to help you to fill out your course registration form.

Pay your tuition at the cashier's desk, and complete the registration.

For current students:
Please make an appointment with a counselor to help you fill out your course registration form.

Hand in your course registration form to the Registrar's Office. Pay your tuition, and complete the registration.

Note: please sign up for any appointment at least one day in advance.  

Tuition & Fees

All funds are in Canadian Dollars(CDN) if not specified.

Tuition Fee CDN$6,000 per semester, i.e. CDN $12,000 (per year of 2 semesters)

Application fees for International Students CDN$200
for Local students CDN $100

Some fees may be subject to 5% GST, if applicable.

TUITION REFUND POLICY

  1. If a student is subsequently refused a student visa by the Canadian Embassy, or refused an exit visa by his/her own country, the student should submit to the school the original visa rejection notice for tuition refund.

    If you make a request, the original rejection notice will be returned with your refund.
  2. Tuition refunds will be made in accordance with the guidelines established by the Ministry of Education of the Province of Ontario.
  3. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that sufficient funds are available to support his or her application.
